TESTS (PROVES EXTERNES)

Hi auntie
How are you? I hope you’re well. I’m writing to tell you about my new friend. His name is Roberto, and he’s 15 years old and he is very tall.  He’s got curly hair and he’s got a special hobby: he likes dancing, classic music, and theatre. But, he doesn’t like football and extreme sports.  He has two dogs and a cat. Also he has a horse in Germany. He comes to Spain to practise Spanish.

Last night I slept in my home and then, a terrible monster got me up! He wanted to kill me and I ran in all the house. The doors and windows were closed and I went to the kitchen in the end, to take a scissors.  The monster wanted to kill me but with the scissors, I killed him. The monster was deed.

Hi Peter,
My name is Quim and I’m 15. I go to Casa Nostra School and my favourite subject is maths. I like sports in general (tennis, football, handball...) but I don’t like extreme sports. I live in a beautiful town: Banyoles, and we’ll visit this (but one day we visit Barcelona and we went to the FCB stadium).

See you soon. Love

MY TRIP TO ITALY

Hi, my name is Quim and today I’m going to talk about my travel to Italy with my school class. Firs, I’m going to talk about Sirmione and Verona, then Venice, after that Firenze, and finally, Pisa and Lucca.

At 5:15 we took the bus to Barcelona airport to fly to Milan, it was such a tired thing morning because we took planes and we got up really early. Then we took a bus and we went to Sirmione. We visited the famous lake Garda and we had lunch. After lunch, we took a bus to Verona. After we arrived, we went to Verona Arena, Juliet’s House and we walked to the streets. Finally, we returned to hotel and we went to bet.

The next day we went by train to Venice. We saw st. Marco’s Cathedral, the canals, Ponte di Rialto,... After that, we had free time and all the class we had lunch together in small restaurant. Then with my friends we took a Gondola. It was fantastic experience. After that we took a vaporeto and we returned to Verona with train.

On the third day, we took a bus and we travelled to Firenze. When we arrived we checked in the Maxim Hotel and we visited the city: Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria,...
On the fourth day we visited the Uffizi Gallery. After that we visited the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral inside and then we climbed up. It was very nice. In the afternoon, we visited the academy, where the David of Michel Angelo is located and the Firenze Baptistery. After that, we had free time and we went shopping and we climbed up the campanile of Firenze Cathedral.

The last day we had breakfast and we took a bus that we went to Lucca. We visited the famous square and the old neighbourhood. Then we went to Pisa by bus and there, we took a little train that led us to Piazza del Miracolo. There we took a lot of photos, like the typical one holding the tower. We visited the Duomo and the Baptistery. After that, we took a bus and we went to airport of Pisa. When we arrived in Barcelona, we took a bus too, and it brought us to our school.

DAY 1:
I've decided to review my first day of volunteer at the nursing home with Maria. This volunteering consists to goes to the elderly people because  they feel alone. But, the sons of my "old woman", they  visited 3 times every week. It he the first day I was nervous because I didn't know which person would have. But, then, I was very happy because she was a cheerful person.

DAY 2:
The experience is really beautiful because I help a one person. Our conversations are about the life, the death,...also, we’re talking about the political situation, and her life,...I recommend this experience to all the people because it’s very good.
DAY 3:

Also, in June I went to Lourdes with Hospitalitat de Girona to help different patients. In the morning, I got up at 5:45, I had breakfast and I went to wake the patients up by singing them a song. Then, I did the 091, that consisted to help the different services, for example, bring the patients in the acts, looking at the patients during the act so I'm there if they need something, etc.. This experience was very beautiful and I made new friends around Catalonia.

THE USE OF ELECTRIC BUSES IN YOUR TOWN

It is generally accepted that we will be able to use electric buses in my town. Ordinary buses are contributing to pollution, and as result, alternative, clean energy sources are going to be relied on more in the future. One form of diminishing pollution, is to use electric transport, but, does this solve the pollution problem?

It is well known that electric buses aren't polluting the earth and their energy is sustainable. Furthermore, electric buses perform reliably and are adaptable; they are perfect for both the city and the countryside. Also they aren't noisy.

However, they are some disadvantages. It is said that these buses are very expensive.

In conclusion, there are many advantages and disadvantages of electric buses, but in my opinion, we should build more electric buses to help ourselves, our planet and our future.

FORMAL EMAIL

Dear Editor,
I am writing in response to an article I came across in Friday’s edition of your newspaper. I was disappointed to read comments stating that philosophy classes should not be compulsory in secondary schools. I would like to point out the benefits of studying philosophy.
Firstly, there is the obvious advantage of is essential for understanding the world, but that is not the only thing. Philosophy can also help yourself.

When you apply for a job, you aren't more likely to get an interview, if you list that studied philosophy, but you will be most intelligent and worship that your boss.
Next, studies have shown that students who learn philosophy have better memories. So the philosophy not only allows us to communicate, but also improves our abilities inn other areas.
Finally, I am due to set of on a trip to philosophy university after my exams and as soon as I arrive I will be trying to I know most thing that you. Philosophy is essential in promoting understanding between persons and cultures. I therefore suggest you think careful before printing such comments.
