Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about your new sport cam, which I purchased online last month as a birthday present for my brother.

As advertisements for the mini-camera had been broadcast between sports programs,  I thought that the product would appeal to them. The advertisements also made the camera look very resistant and impermeable, which is why I decided to buy it. However, my brother and I think the cam has very bad quality, because the day ,that my brother was it  released it in the water, the cam was broken.

Furthermore, we were shocked to see that with the camera carries no supplement to put it in the head, or in the helmet,...While the advertisements, confirmed that yes.

Until now, I had always been really impressed with your company and associated your products with sports. It is very sad that you are promoting such material. Under the circumstances, I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund. Please find the receipt attached.
